Lol advice is everywhere on this. At current prices I would not buy over 400, if that. After sleeping on it though I think I'll see how the market looks then and decide, doesn't help to worry about it too much now with all the variables.

Think I'll look for another A3 sedan though, unless the next A4 is a big upgrade. The A3 sedan seems to have more tech in than the current A4 after all, not to mention my dislike of CVT.

Maybe in a few years I'll trade in this one for a 2.0 TDI S-Tronic version with choice extras, mainly adaptive cruise and the full parking system. Should be one of the cheaper options at least.

Don't you have the A3 sedan already? Another?
Sorry I'm just a little confused.

I almost bought an audi, but my gramps said the price of parts are going to be expensive and it is not worth buying an audi second hand.

Had 5 Audi's now. 2 of them purchased with motor plan which eventually ran out. Got a good local mechanic that takes care of my cars out of motor plan and never had a major bill for anything. Just need to find one in your area.
It is using the dealer out of motor plan that will break the bank.

You know you really love your car when you go away on holiday, the last 20kms or so is dirt road and you car ends up filthy.
Then you go out with the family for the day (using same said dirt road again) and upon seeing a car wash you have to use it - EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL SAME SAID ROAD TO GET BACK!!

Wife did not even say anything. She knows how it is :)

Congrats man!

I remember RPM had a survey where they asked cars owned - something tells me Audi would be a fair amount higher if we did it again

Here's my new baby. Schweeeet upgrade from the TT comfort wise. Feels like a ship though, but the 3.0 TDi is up to the challenge. Added bonus: wife absolutely loves it. :)
