The Audi Thread

Actually I was more thinking of a Sonata or Camry/Avensis judging by the size of car you are looking for.

But then again individuality is overrated, just like personality.

I'm on my 3rd Audi in 13 years, current one, A4 1.8 T, was bought new on 25 August 2011 so will turn 2 in 5 days! Only work done on it was a windscreen replacement after it was chipped when I drove behind a truck on the highway a while back

I suppose you were following the truck at the normal audi following distance?

Clarkson's description of the Jaguar's adaptive cruise control, which can be set from "safe following distance" right down to "the full Audi" distance of 2 feet.

No I was quite a distance away from it, at least 50m or more, if I followed that idiot's advice and made it 2 feet perhaps the stone would have hit the under carriage

Nice one Postman! Gz :)

As somebody who will very likely be following suite in the next 6 months:
Details on what you paid and from where?
What's the insurance looking like?

West Cape VW (they have a 2006 at R104,999, speak to PJ)
5 new tyres, service, rear brakes reconditioned, new water pump, new thermostat, scratch removal, 80 point check.

Truly immaculate, smells new inside. I like the double din Concert radio, sound is very good too with subwoofer etc.
