What do you guys think of this as a buy?
I'm on the fence, because although it is a factor, given all the reading I've done in this thread I don't know where to come down on this particular issue.
Best bet it to take the car somewhere for a full inspection before signing the deal (the dealer's own inspection is not sufficient) - you'll want to them to throughly check all the major parts for any signs trouble. This may cost you a bit to do, but at least then you'll know where you stand with it.

Cause fuel strike^ Saw one this morning exactly like that around Century City, but personalised plates. He drove like a granny though.

Just took my 2011 A4 B8 1.8T in for a service on R102000KM. It was a minor service with 4 new break pads, 2 new break disks, oil change and new windscreen wipers. Cost me R12500. Just a bit of info if anyone is looking for it.
Anyone here ever tried a branch of Steve's auto clinic? They look professional and pricing reasonable.
