Sorry to overshare, but often if I have a very fat laden meal, I need to go to the toilet soon after. I suffered from IBS before low-carb and know what that is like and is not related to this. This fat "excretion" is just a normal movement.

I have been on this diet since 28 September 2014, I was weighing 127kg at the time. This morning I weigh 98kg. I have never set foot at the gym or even try to jog for that matter - but I think I need to start doing that now because I am no longer losing weight and my goal is to be below 90kg beforeandafter.jpg.

At first my body rejected the diet - I was often constipated and my skin was itchy, but I started drinking a lot of water and rooibos tea and all seemed well. I have never felt this good in recent years and I have noticed that I am attracting a lot of attention from ladies now ... :love:

Yeah I know. Lost 25kg myself before I started working out.

Seeing as you are stalling. Perhaps think about lifting some weight. You will lose even more fat and body recomp will be amazing.

Agree with this - more muscle = better metabolism. Plenty reasons to start lifting! If you want to know where to start - take a look at www.stronglifts.com and get the android / iOS app.

Bought some raw almonds. Looks like big bird seed. Never ate the stuff before.

I eat the first one. Not horrible.
Eat another, and another, and another.

Had to stop before I eat the whole bag! Lufly stuffs!
 
Been on this diet for 3 weeks now, I have lost over 6kg.

Original weight: 105Kg
Current weight: 99Kg
Goal: 90Kg

I ended up cheating on 2 weekends because of 2 weddings...
