can we eat full fat melrose? yes i know no processed stuff but 8 per 100g per serving is 1.1 carbs
shouldnt be to bad if you doing LC?

You can, but you should not. Maybe not too often. If I remember correctly, processed food messes with your metabolism on the long run.

Plastic, which is pretty much the same as melrose, has less carbs per 100grams so it would be a better choice
 
melt a block of cheddar, add some cream and mebbe bacon bits and you have melrose for a couple days :p
 
Made a hake fish cake, substituted the potato component with pumpkin. It tastes amazing surprisingly, thought i'd miss the potato but I don't.

Wife insisted on Steers tonight. I reluctantly(in my head) agreed. Chose the big king Steer or whatever the triple patty one is with no sauce.

For R69 I have tasted better cardboard than what I ate tonight. I used to be a fast food whore and Steers was near the top of my list but now that I have banned the bun and sugar laden sauce it is boring and bland.

The only take away that I enjoy now is KFC which satisfies me but I can only have eat every now and again so as not to get sick of it.
