Are you saying that the tradingview data is generic and not whats happening on their exchange? Whose data is it then?
 
Getting an error on luno exchange, seems it's currently down

The green list is buy orders- People who have placed orders to buy xBTC at a certain price.

If you want to buy without fees you have place a BUY order below the lowest SELL order
IF you want to sell without fees you have place a SELL order below the lowest BUY order

Any other exchanges worth trading bitcoin on ? , I have only tried luno so far

Depends on what you want to pair BTC with? If you want BTC/ZAR then Luno, AltCoinTrader or ice3x
IF you want to trade BTC and other altcoin pairs then Bittrex, Poloniex, Binance etc.
 
Coins lost on Luno.....

This morning a friend sent me bitcoin from another exchange - he has done this before with no issue. Today at one stage the luno site did give me a message saying that there were 2 out of 3 confirmations. Then the app on my mobile phone crashed and had to restart, when it was done there were no coins in my wallet, no error messages, nothing in my transaction history - basically no trace. I checked this on both the app and website. On the other exchange it lists the transaction as successful and took the coins out of his wallet there. I am worried that these coins have now been lost on luno, please help me with this.

Search for the transaction here by entering the BTC address they sent to:
https://blockchain.info/

If the transaction is there, then you've not lost anything. You probably just need to be more patient.
