So who's still HODLing BTC and who has converted it all to Alts since Dec?

I've HODL'd my BTC but really starting to lose faith in it's blockchain capabilities and can't see the lightning network being implemented any time too soon... What is your guy's thoughts?

You have lost faith since December 2017?

I dont think crypto is for you.

Ive converted 1/3rd into altcoins, mostly ETH which has always been stable and lately climbing with promise and the tech actually works so I dont look at it as a sh§tcoin. That 1/3rd is also clean profit from my initial investment - so if I lost all faith in BTC I could potentially still cash it out and just run my altcoin on "free money".

I think bitcoin is still the flagship crypto and will likely be the newcomer coin of choice to get into the game, so if nothing else than for investment, it'll still be popular...as digital gold moreso than actual transaction power etc.

note that "wall street"and huge waves of BIG money will start entering. this will only flow to BTC and not the alts....

Altcointrader is my preferred option for local exchange. Poloniex / Bittrex for international.

Bittrex very good and I recently also started using Binance. I suggest you use more then one exchange. you will have access to more alts but also if something goes wrong not all your eggs in one basket. check out Binance, they only just started accepting new registrations. They have a good referral program as well. please use my link and do the same ...

The pure fact that exchanges cannot keep up, shows that we are far from done. There's new money coming in all the time at an exponential rate. When that starts to peak off then I'd start getting worried.

Slow day:D

Seriously though, I've been having some very good luck over last few weeks, could have easily been -0.1. Been getting out right on top, back in at the lowest point. If it was always this easy I wouldn't have to work

Hmmm.... any sources where I can read up on that?

http://stockemperor.com/currencies/ripple-xrp-bad-investment/

Also, there's a difference between companies using the Ripple technology and using the token (XRP). Companies can use the Ripple tech without investing in the token. My biggest issue is that it is not decentralised, which for me, is the big attraction of crypto-currencies. Might not be important to other people, but it is for me.

And another:
