Very small company... share their offices with a company selling brine shrimp / seamonkeys. Also respond to queries from gmail accounts used for multiple businesses. Make of that what you will.

Thus far I've been very happy with their platform though... other than the glitch that allows someone with your email address to see if you have an altcointrader account.

I concur. I've registered with then earlier today, and thus far their service has been great. New broom sweeping clean and all that, I guess we'll see down the line, but thus far, not bad.

And you can buy Ripple from them

This being said, I don't see myself keeping a lot of anything with them for extended periods of time, at least not until I've spent some time with them.
