I dunno if they forked allready .... But yes, if you have btc in your private wallet before the fork, you'll get it.

There is 19 blocks to go, at an average of 10min per block, so plenty of time to move your bitcoin to a supported exchange or private wallet to get sBTC

What are the cost involved for moving to a private wallet and back onto Luno or any other exchange?

Also remember you might want to transfer it back again at a cost. Cost me something like $20 to transfer $140 dollars worth a awhile back.
