What I find more disturbing is the several comments on twitter where they claim its "simple swearing" just glad there is a person or two responding to those setting them straight.
 
Since I don't have a persecution, victim and inferiority complex, this video doesn't upset me at all, but from a legal consistency point of view, she should get exactly the same as Momberg.
 
The real racist thing to do is not prosecute this woman because it would basically imply that black people's comments don't matter even if they are racist lol.

She will be advised to show remorse and going by case study. The one thing repeatedly highlighted at every Momberg hearing was, "no remorse". I guess the one and only example was already made.

I really don't see the need to be braying for blood. Like Terry Pratchett put it, the IQ of a mob is the amount of people in it divided by the IQ of the dumbest member (or something to that effect).

Main reason I stay off twitter and choose the facebook groups and forums I join carefully.

Pretty easy to judge her character and whether she's a racist scumbag from the video, don't know why you can't/wont do that in this case

Just equal justice is what most people are hoping for, and displaying remorse (hard to tell if its honest) should only have a minor impact on the sentencing, and doesn't change the verdict.
