You all have this wrong and it's clearly a setup.

The white woman was planted with the sole purpose of setting a trap for the other lady.

Pretty easy to judge her character and whether she's a racist scumbag from the video, don't know why you can't/wont do that in this case

Just equal justice is what most people are hoping for, and displaying remorse (hard to tell if its honest) should only have a minor impact on the sentencing, and doesn't change the verdict.

A near death experience/accident or two have had me disoriented, violent, aggressive and so on.
 
Doubt 'drunk' as seems to be posted about... if so, why did cops not take her keys and lock her up for drunk driving?
 
Still do not see these as offences that require lengthy prison terms whether it be white momberg or black momberg. More suited to 30 days in prison and community service for a further 90 days.

If she was that drunk I also do not understand why.
She was also insulting the police officers at one point.
Pick her up and put her in the back of the police van.

Any sane person will agree with you, but a precedent has been set at 3 years. Now we must look to uniformity in applying this precedent or it becomes clear that only white people are being punished to the full extent of the law, which is in itself a racist practice.
 
As a white guy, you can call me what you want call me a white monkey pig for all I care if it makes you feel better I couldn't give a flying continental. Don't have any hangups over name calling and feel absolutely no need to defend myself.

At least be fair though. You want a country where people are treated equally? Start with the small things like treating people equally. Let one go and crucifying another for the same crime is not a great start on the road to reconciliation.

It actually sends the complete opposite message that you are in fact not interested in reconciliation nor equal rights but all you are interested in is revenge and payback.

The entire world is ****ed up more or less because of revenge and payback. See how well it works out in places like the middle east. The cycle NEVER EVER has a conclusion until someone stops the wheel.

Hi man, I myself appreciate alternative views to things but to be honest you lost me a bit.
How does treating people equally not amount to a equal society?

Yeah I meant it the other way, maybe I didn't explain properly.
