Just as an aside and so called racist vitriol parked, was the lady in question ever even checked for being dronkies while driving or similar?

Got mugged by 6 black guys and nearly died in the process at around age 20
I hated black people for a few years after that. I lashed out at a black couple for trying to help me minutes after that because "they were part of it".
I don't have the inclination to go into a full analysis of my emotions, fears, feelings and reactions after that event at this time. Suffice it to say, empathy for her reaction likely comes from that and a few other life experiences...

Apparently they did not find her behind the wheel of the car, so they "couldn't" arrest her for drunk driving.
 
People who have a problem with skin colour have the biggest problem with their skin colour.

Knowing she was drunk, she may have devised a plan to avoid driving the car. I'm alluding to her higher intellect (she has a "masters" degree :D) here of course.
 
As a white person. I don't see the racism.
If a black guy upsets me and we get into an altercation and I call him a bast@rd... Is it considered racist to add "black" in front of the insult? Serious question.

The Con Court ruled that ""Verwyder daardie swart man se voertuig [Remove that black man's car]" is racist. So I suspect "black/white bast@rd" will also be racist for the use of the black/white words as those denote 'race'?

Be sure to direct the rage at a group of taxi drivers close to their base.
