The Blender Thread

v 2.93.4 is the current release now. Unfortunately the games engine got taken out some time ago and now I am bored with it. I want to create games , but the tools available are not conducive for that, at least in my experience.

Can one use this for 3D printing with creality ender 6 pro?
Not sure why you think the printer is relevant. But yes - you can design and export STL files with it.

I don't know any better, prusa and ultimaker does their own thing so thought it might be relevant.

Expired this year and I never got round to buy the printer

:D
Ag nee mater.... Lol.

I must say, I havent printed in a while myself. But the free version for Fusion 360 works perfectly fine and has more than what you will ever use. Give it a go before you try something like blender.

I've been playing around with Blender again, been a while since I last used it and had to re-learn almost everything from scratch :sneaky:. There's a lot of new functionality to play with...

Did a "quick" scene yesterday.

I created my own drive-in using blender. The drive in has 4 screens each having its own movie. Great for those movies you want to see together for extra excitement, like porn. The movies can be set to start at any frame and last for as long as needed. The fly mode is fantastic while the movies are playing to be able to see the screens from any angle and zoom in as high as needed. Something else I did was create a huge cube full of blocks, then create the inside of my building by selecting and deleting the inner blocks. I then used the random color generater to create a random range of colored blocks. (kept me sane during those darkest covid lockdown days while being stoned)

Turning wheels , I still have not mastered this one, though I tried. I managed to create a elementary roller coaster, but the wheels do not turn. One day.
