After seeing a video of the A45 smoking the M2, and the new RS3 smoking the A45, I'd much rather have the Audi. It even costs less then the M2.

You forgot to mention the video where M2 smokes all of them around the track.

That's quicker than A45 and RS3 tested at Gerotek

But 0-100 is everything among the posers Which is why manufacturers will stretch 2nd gear to make it get to 100, and 3rd is a major let down. If you want the true indication of straight line performance, either look at the 1/4 mile or 1km benchmarks...

This. On my ST 1st and 2nd is very very short, but it picks up it's legs big time from 3rd onward.
