No man, if it works for you does not mean something that doesn't is a load of ***. Look at it this way, you may be recommending something with a ingredient high in caffeine, to someone who is quite sensitive to that stimulant, and they might get a severe/bad reaction, and call your recommended product... ***.
@RVR, read the ingredient labels, see if it has what you need or don't need, try half a recommended serving and see what it does, then up the dosage as needed. I try to keep the sugar and caffeine levels low when I do look for a pre-workout.
The problem with the product that Deadmanza is recommending, is there is no info on how much of what is in the "Matrix". It could be 6000mg of creatine and the leftover 240mg divided between the other ingredients (to save cost) or the other way around or a combination. So it's a gamble to buy a product without any real info on the amount of what you are putting into your body. So sure, get opinions, read up on it and base that on your choice on what you need vs your price range.
