The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

I'm re-evaluating my workouts. Seeing as I've reached my goal weight and I've started the stronglift sessions , I'm thinking of dropping my superciruit at the gym in favour of just a bike cardio session. I'm thinking the supercircuit will just interfere with my lifting sessions and make me too "pap" to lift properly as there wouldn't be any recovery. Good plan?

Then secondly, are the below figures OK for my macros to bulk up a bit and get definition around my stomach (which still has a bit of fat that I'm trying to kill)?

If you are already working out, then you are not sedentary. I would change the modifier to something more applicable.

Cool.. changed it to moderately active (which is apparently 3-5 workouts a week) and changed bodyfat to 15% (which is an eyeball figure) and got this.

Holy moley.. That's a hectically high number of calories. I'm used to having sub 1500 while I was shedding the kilos.

Meal prep done for the week.

Spicy tomato mince.
Garlicky Green Beans and Mushrooms
Boiled Eggs
And will add some shredded cabbage each morning as a bit of a filler and extra fiber.

Any advice on weight lifting shoes?
I have reached a point where I cannot go heavy on DL and squats due to my heels coming off the ground.

It is for crossfit, and I appreciate the hate, but squatting is squatting. And I need more stability.

Have you tried barefoot?

Not sure if you're being serious?

I have vivobarefoot shoes currently which have 0% drop and is as close to barefoot as it gets.

I was being serious - didn't know you were using those shoes :)

kolval, I am not sure how shoes are going to help fix (from what is seems to me) like a form issue. Maybe drop the weight down a bit, fix the issue, and then carry on building up from there. I would rather take a step back rather than risk a bad injury.

And, well done Deadmanza. Hitting new PRs always seems to revitalize me.

I'll be dead before I fix the mobility issue. Between work(sitting in a chair for 8+ hours) and life, time for stretching is a mission.
