I don't go to gym everyday and I certainly don't lift to my PR every single time. Hell no.

I am just able to train every day of the week so I'm never pressured to hit my gym session on day 1 if I'm really busy :p If I miss it I miss it. Will catch up later in the week. :D

Think I'll incorporate a decent progression system and deload week every 6th week for this year. Might as well try things I've never done.

My sister and her SO goes 6 times a week, just thinking of the effort makes me weep.

PRT is just one way of effectively doing a 3 day split, there are many other ways.

I guess my biggest problem is that if I don't go as heavy as possible each and every time I feel it is a waste. Which is of course not true given different goals and training structures.

Guess this is why a knowledgeable trainer can be such a great benefit to some.

Decided to move away from super heavy 5x5, use more supersets and different combinations. Up the intensity with lower volume on the way down to 94kg. Sitting pretty flirting with 100kg now.

Hahaha. Love that description.

That is Chris Getthin's method yes? Or I think I read something like that a couple years back. Crazy volume training. Might do that once I'm eating more again

Yes that's one of his trainers.

It's a total onslaught of what you normally do, that is why I suggest that, my reason is just it's something totally different it will shock the muscle

Well to be honest it will shock your soul and then it will die and just your body will be left and it will then take the place of your soul then you will be a body functioning on DTP

Beyond Godlike

Side note: Over training is a myth. Your body only knows the intensity of the application you place upon it.

Lift hard and lift strong brother.

Speaking of Rich, I'm following his Bigger Everyday YouTube series.

Quite interesting given he posted his stack a few weeks back. Actually pretty knowledgeable for guys on gear I think to check it out. Though his doses are pretty hectic.
