The Bodybuilders Thread: Circuit II

It's not the first time it's happened. Happens pretty much every time I run in the cold. I'm not sick.

This morning was particularly frosty. Could hardly see with all the breath vapor in front of my face.

Well #Died

I do not have a soul anymore it left. I am now dead. I'm typing this with my tongue for my arms and shoulders are no more.

My cars starter broke today grrrr.

Had to gym at home. Luckily it was back/biceps day and I have a pull up bar at home.

I did pull ups for 45 minutes. Rest periods were quite varied, anywhere from 30 seconds to 90 seconds, but never more than that. So that's a lot of sets lol.

First 3 sets I got 7 reps, then 6 for a while, 5 for a very long white and then near the end I was repping out 3's and 4's. Really felt my back engage which is nice because I have never known had that 'muscle mind connection' with my back that people seem to have. I only have that with my triceps, chest, legs, traps, delts and biceps. I've always had issues feeling back workouts in my, well, back. Weird huh.

It is to me, and seems like a strenuous way to injure yourself.

Mayhaps Kris should release his gear cycle along with the workout plan?

OMG lolololololol, you one if those over training advocates?

Your body only knows the intensity of the application you place upon it.

He called it DTP, it's not a new thing it's one of the most important routines in the history of bodybuilding everyone does it they just don't necessarily call it something.

I don't know the names by heart I'll go Google it in a bit but all the Mr Olympia's from the Golden years trained high reps at times 400 plus reps.

They use steroids yes. Difference here is instead of gear, you eat 8 meals a day of clean food and get 9 hours of sleep. You will never overtrain if you eat right and sleep tight.

I'm willing to be that they too had some chemical help.

+1 for this ^

This should be on T Shirt!

Side note.... Just read up on that DTP method, it looks insane!
