Any guesses for who's stats these are?
Power clean 135 kg,
Dead-lift 240 kg,
Bench-press 165 kg
Pull-ups with a 50 kg weight between his legs
Jump 1.4m onto a raised platform
Body-fat percentage of 6.5
Sorry for only replying now.
I put up my work address for both orders.
IIRC it was SpeedServices or the Post Office themselves that delivered to my office. Was definitely not a company like DHL or RAM
Order placed!
I placed quite a few orders on the single-serving sachets so will let everyone know how they taste.
I ordered a 1kg salted caramel because salted caramel.
I also ordered the golden syrup flavoured Protein pancakes along with the butterscotch and maple flavoured 0 calorie syrups.
Did you use the 25% off discount code?
how much money do you guys spend monthly on Supps.

Not a cent.
I think a lot of people needlessly throw money away.

I only buy about a 1kg of Whey per month, which costs around R350. Without it I won't be hitting close to my protein targets. I actually think that Whey powder saves money in the long if I were to compare it to eating food. I also take iron tablets as my iron levels get too low without them.
Still curious on the vitamin D though. I may add some fish oil.
i also take a casein shake close to bed time. and it helps in two ways, firstly i'm not a ravenous polar bear when i wake up the next morning, and second really helps with DOMS.
Thanks, didn't know that. I am in week two of my program and I must say that I am battling with DOMS. Sat in 2 hour traffic this morning and almost died when I got out of my car (leg day was on Tuesday). I may give this a try if it does not push me over my daily calorie intake.
