Joe505, what workout routine are u following? Cause if u not working out right u will just get fat. And re: calories, GOMAD, unless u r lactose intolerant?

Boys, a bit of info needed.

Clen, is 40mg a day enough?
Is it a lot?
Maybe 20 morning, 20 night.

Do you really think this is the best fat burner available?

I assume you obviously have to still train pretty hard, cardio wise.

Any info will be appreciated

Clen and T3 are the best, stay the fukk away from DNP.

If I am 16% bf and wanting to get to 10%, would Clen be the way to go? I know nothing about fat burners in general. Where does one buy it?

Safe to use? I'm 37 and have no health conditions that I'm aware of (blood pressure etc... All normal).

Would one need to do a fair amount of cardio or HIIT with a fat burner?

Eating, sleeping and all that has to be correct to reap the most benefit?

But srs I need a belt to attach DB's/plates to :|

How many normal pullups are you doing?

Anyway, you could buy some 1m lengths of heavy chain, or 1m lengths of varying heaviness chain for progression, and use them as weight belts (get some carabiners or cheap padlocks to use as fasteners). Or even a coupla metres of a single length of chain and wrap yourself up :D

Bought myself some thick chains for bench, also use them for weighted dips.
Even the chain itself can just add that extra bit of weight you need.

Remember you can only use clen 2 weeks at a time,
Best is to cycle it with Yohimbe, 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks Yoh

It’s probably the most powerful weigh loss combo you wil get,

For heaven sakes with using Clen/T3 taper your dose...work it up slowly. Everybody's body responds differenty toward these things. Not to mentioned the sides you could potentially experience...

As to you question whether this is the way to go to get to 10%. HELL NO! I'm 15% now, down from 22% and will be at 10% in 5 weeks all with proper eating and training. You don't need to use it. Will it help...absolutely. Just use it responsibly man.

EDIT: As to availability - perscription or buying from suppliers. You will need to know someone that has access. Not commercially available over the counter.

Started this isolation workout this week:

Monday: Chest and Triceps

Bench Press 4 sets 7-10 reps

Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets 7-11 reps
Flat Dumbbell Flyes 3 sets 7-10 reps
Dips weighted 4 sets 9-12 reps
Cable Pushdowns 4 sets 10-12 reps

Wednesday: Shoulders and Legs

Barbell Squats 4 sets 10-12 reps
Leg Extensions 4 sets 12-15 reps
Front Dumbbell raises 3 sets 8-11 reps
Side Dumbbell raises 3 sets 8-11 reps
Military Press 3 sets 8-12 reps

Friday: Back and Biceps

Wide Pull-ups 4 sets 10-12 reps
Bent over Barbell rows 4 sets 10-12reps
Lat pull down 4 sets 10-12reps
Preacher Curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
Standing Barbell curls 3 sets 10-12reps
Concentration Curls 2 sets 10-12 reps

I actually workout 4 times a week so will just adjust the program accordingly.

I got this work out from the net, but I'm not 100% convinced that its right for me and will need to tweak it a bit. If you guys can help in that regard that'll be awesome.

I have a mild case of the skinny-fat syndrome  but im not sure if that can be avoided when in the bulk up phase... Can it?

Btw, I've checked that GOMAD program. Seems do-able, and no Im not lactose intolerant. Have any of you tried it though?

The most powerful weight loss combo is a good diet and heavy weights. IMO.

Im doing heavy weights and a good diet at the moment, its going very slow.
The best i experienced was a good diet with heavy cardio, problem is i HATE cardio, i wil rather sit in the gym and do weights for 3 hours than jogging or spinning for 30 minutes.

BTW, i’m not on clen or yohimbe, to damn expensive
What i do however use is L-Carnatine, Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA’s + DMAA and lots of water, i have completely dropped whey/proteïen as it lets me pick up weight.
I was scared i was going to lose lots of muscle due to the lack of proteïen in my diet, my biceps are up from 46cm to 53cm, and i have lost 8kg the last 5 months :-)

Training is 5 day split - switched to the following 5 day split two weeks ago.
M - Chest and Triceps
T - Back and Biceps
W - Shoulders and Traps
T - Quads, Hamms, Calves
F - Chest+Back (volume) Biceps and Triceps

Doing cardio 5-6 days a week with a 2500 cal eating plan with 58:27:15 Protein/Carb/Fat split.

This was one month in with incorrect training - tightened things up since then. Looking to be at 7% by mid June - switching to Keto when I hit 10% hopefully.

Amen!
