Man! That was one of the most difficult sessions to get through.

I forgot how cold my garage gets in winter. And the wind was blowing right in the door tonight.

Anyone know how many visits you allowed at virgin active. Want to use the gym while at durban
 
Suppose to do deadlifts tonight but I still haven't recovered from the DOMS from legs on Friday evening.

Dodgy knees meant I could not squat for 3 weeks. Unreal how sore I am because of the down time.

Could barely sit yesterday and had that silly little pain giggle every time I had to sit or stand up.
 
Avoiding squats due to my last squatting session where it felt like i bruised the inside of my knee thingmabob. Probably need a coach or knee specialist if i want to not injure myself as i must be doing something wrong unless its a bio mechanical issue or something abnormal about me :(

Deadlifts are fine though so I'm gonna at least try doing that regularly and focus on form as opposed to going heavy.

I love that.... Although makes going to the loo a pain in the *** :p
