Jee thats not bad

Yeak look, it helps a lot that I can weld and make a lot of the stuff myself.

Buying a powercage like the one I built would set you back more than R5000 alone. Prices are quite ridiculous at some places.

And I'm always on the lookout for people getting rid of their weights at good prices.

Lol no ant totally cut out carbs, that's not really possible for me. but I cycle 3 km a day at gym.

This morning I did some pushups and try to do some crunches by lying on my bed on my back and then sitting up and stretching all the way to my knees. I think I am going to do this in the mornings.

For those that train in the morning: Do you eat before or afterwards?

When I used to train in the early mornings I'd have to eat 20 minutes before my workout, which would start working its way back up.
So I started eating afterwards and felt quite weak.

Now I just don't workout in the early mornings to avoid this headache.

How do you guys deal with strech marks on the arms? Or is that only from fat me in the past.

Also lucky to not have it, I had what appeared to be few years ago.

I used tea tree oil throughout the day and after a month it cleared up.

Serious question because I don't know.

But don't stretch marks mainly happen when weight loss or gain is extreme? Losing weight too fast (probably unhealthy) and gaining muscle mass extremely fast (steroids).

If it happens over time the skin will gradually adjust without stretch marks, won't it?

Agreed

Not necessarily.

Generally it's an indication yes, but I can reassure you I have seen and experience it on my own and can tell you there are extreme cases.

Clients who weights 200 never trained in there life all a sudden start training proper dropping weight like a motherfcr.

Other who was skinny and started doing for instance DTP and develop stretch marks in 4 weeks.

People who do these so called "super sets" are the biggest asshoooles at gyms... I was at gym yesterday and as I started using a machine, this guy stopped me at my first rep and says "hey, sorry buddy I was busy with a super set". I then told the guy "well I am super sorry you will have to wait I am using this machine." Then they guy waited behind me and gave me this look in the mirror while I was busy with one of the 10 gym equipment he occupied for his superlameset.

Really people who think They can use 10 different machines are the biggest douchebags ever. super set my ass!

Yep. Hate them. People who use a machine, leave their towel on it and come back to it after 5 min; trainers who act like they own the gym if you take a machine that they want for their clients; ...
