Question, why do you specifically want to buy these products? Are you looking for pre/post workout meals, or/and looking for protien to help reach your daily protien macro need?

Looking for what u stated.. Only reason I mentioned these two is cos I saw them at a store
Not into usn cos it boats me. Open to any suggestions

Haven't really posted in a while...but also been slacking in the gym since I met this girl last year...

Anyways some interesting things that I have noticed slacking for a year long:
Expected changes:
- Lost a lot of strength, but still stronger than I was before I originally started 4 years ago. Eg. can still very easily bench press 60Kg, but when I started could do 30-35Kg. Peak was a set of reps at 85Kg.
- Overall people notice that my body looks smaller than it did when I was at my peak.
- Feel less fit

Unexpected changes:
- Weight stayed the same.
- Went for a fitness test, and my heart levels seem healthier a year later (I took some bad stuff)
- Guy that did the fitness test, measured my fat level at 16% which I found interesting, expecting to be above 20%, as I used to hover around 19-21%.
- Strength wise, back muscles are still close to the max strength I was. Can very easily do 60Kg pendlay rows, as well as easily do pull-ups and chin-ups. Couldn't do a single one of either before I started 4 years ago.

Oh and the coolest thing I saw in the gym last week: A guy had 2 massive washers that he used for 1.25kg plates on the barbell bar. Asked him about it, it cost him less than R50!! He went to a steel company that melts stuff. He gave them the specification for the size on the inside, and the ideal weight he wants. Is awesome!

Pretty easy to do, and any steel profiler would be able to cut the material.
For example, 1,25kg could be 151 O/D x 51 I/D x 10mm thick OR 140 O/D x 51 I/D x 12mm OR 113 O/D x 51 I/D x 20mm
The problem with making your own plates this way is they are difficult to grip. So while it's fine for small plates - it's not ideal for larger plates.

EDIT
For less than R70, you could get 2 Olympic plates

That is the best I also use it

1km fast run , then squat session today.
Aiming for 90kg for 2 reps today (bodyweight at 74kg), will see how it goes, once I notice my form dropping I drop weight on the bar, already have enough injuries.
Currently sitting at 85kg for 2 reps, any more and my form suffers.

Good luck Hemps!

I would love to know what everyone else is pushing based on their stats and experience level.
It would be interesting to me to know how well I am doing compared to someone else that has a similar physique and training history. It would also be a good yard-stick to see if I am slacking in certain exercises or not.
Would anyone else be interested in seeing a MyBB BB Excel spreadsheet with all of our stats and progress?
Maybe it could be updated monthly or quarterly?

My stats are:
Age: 39
Weight: 87 kg
Lifting for: 3 months
Bench: 55 kg (3 sets of 6)
Squat: 81 kg (3 sets of 6)
Deadlift: 105kg (3 sets of 6)

Age: 34
Weight: 74kg
Lifting since 2006
Bench Press: currently around 70kg for 8 reps, 5 sets
Squat: 85kg for 2 reps, 75kg for 6 reps and 5 sets
Deadlift: 138-140kg for 2 reps, 120kg for 6 reps 5x sets
Close Grip Seated Row: depends on the day, varies from 70kg to 80kg as many reps as possible until strength fails.

Due to injuries I stay away from heavier stuff.

Considering my gym sessions are very on off, this is what I do currently:
Age: 31
Weight: 70 kg
Lifting for: Started 4 years ago, did it non-stop for 3 years, last year skipped a lot, gone to gym about 4-5 per month.
Bench: 60 kg (5 sets of 5)
Squat: 60 kg (5 sets of 5)
Deadlift: 80 kg (5 sets of 5)

Could probably push further...but careful at the moment, don't want to completely kill myself.

Thanks for the shares.

I was thinking about asking for stat sharing for a while now but never got that far.

Reason I wanted to ask was to gauge my performance per muscle group by comparing with other lifters. I basically want to see how much other people are benching in comparison with squats, deadlifts etc. SO basically gauge overall performance of the body (If all this garble even makes sense)

Because I gym at home I only have myself to compare with.

My current stats are:
Age: 30
Weight: 90 kg
Lifting for: 3 to 4 months
Bench: 73 kg (5 sets of 6)
Squat: 88 kg (5 sets of 6)
Deadlift: 91kg (5 sets of 6)
Overhead Press: 48kg (5 sets of 6)
Lunges: 2 x 20kg dumbbells (5 sets of 6)
Barbell Curls: 35kg (5 sets of 6)
Tricep kick back: 20kg (5 sets of 6)

I have adjusted my program now to include 2 x chest+arms days because that is where I am making the least amount of visible progress.

Thanks to the guys who will share.

Edit: these are just my main exercises. I also do hammer curls, weighted dips, calf raises, incline bench, flyes, hack squats, stiff legged deadlifts, lateral raises, bent over rows and upright rows

@APoc184, small tip, since your OHP looks very good, working on that, will automatically boost your BP. If you do BP in the correct form, you can always do OHP before you do BP. You will see an initial dip with BP doing that, but once your body get used to it, BP should go up very quickly, at the same pace as your OHP.
