Going to start a kettlebell routine for four weeks![]()
Cool. My supplier of choice. Ordering is simple and deliveries are fast.
haha yea thats ok, i just had a partner who had to greet every single person in the gym and have a full on conversation with themMy partner and I get along pretty well, talking is usually kept to motivation and the odd comment about other curlbros who do strange things - like this morning another mate of mine was busy using two machines with his partner so that they could rotate, this one oom who looks dyel plomps himself on the machine - which had their water bottles, cellphone, wallet and towel and when my mates partner went over there saying they are still using it this oom says: "You guys are hogging everything"
My mate and I were like lolwut? and when we were close to them again his partner was cracking jokes about us not stealing their equipment![]()
What is everyone's opinion on "Mass Builder" shakes?

Hey all - quick Q
I drink Biogen Bulk 45/150 twice a day before training and Biogen Protein SR-8 after training. I just want to know, should I be drinking the BUlk on days when I don't train as well? I train 3 days a week.
Please don't advise on other products etc. etc.
Thanks!
Is it OK to do chest, shoulders and back twice in a row or should you really rather rotate between upper and lower body?
