Thanks man, but as it turns out we'll be moving to Alberton area as soon as I find a place.
I would hate to just get started out and then drop you, so I'll stick to the home-gym for the time being.

it's a sign :(

let me know if you ever wanna come check the gym out if you are interested in a training partner.

Thanks - that was an awesome article. What I take from it is to keep taking the Bulk shakes even on the says that I don't train so my body can use the Carbs to repair the muscles and I DEF need more sleep!
yeah, sleep is crucial because building muscle is rather stressful on the body.

You can have a look at the 5 day plan I posted a couple pages back.

Brilliant :) Thanks.

I used to do the following:

Day 1: Chest (Swapped this for Legs or Bi/Tri - with Monday being international chest day... Hate waiting for benches.)
Day 2: Bicep + Tricep
Day 3: Legs / Abs
Day 4: Back + Shoulder
Day 5: Chest

Discovery said I can join Virgin as of the 1st of this month with my newly activated Vitality benefit. Here goes nothing! :D

Awesome man, plus you get R200 takealot voucher and the rest of the month free.Im deciding between Waterstone and Somerset VA.

Last week Monday, woke up with a sore back, no clue why, by the end of the day I needed help getting out of the car at home. Couldn't get on the bed without assistance, couldn't get off the bed without assistance.

Was like that most of last week.

Saw a doctor today, says I cannot pick up anything heavier than 5kg for 3 years :wtf: He says it looks like an old injury from long ago (I actually know when it was). Apparently no physio or bio or pill will help make it heal quicker, only time :(

I haven't touch a heavy weight in months - and now this

I also don't see myself lasting that long without lifting a weight....or more than a month. I'll find away around it.

This is the program I am currently on. Seeing great visual results and strength gains. Especially with my chest and legs.

Only difference I make is that I do not rest two days after the final workout. I only rest one. That way my workouts are on different days every week and it forces me to work out on weekends too.

Edit: Ah crap. The image size gets resized and not really visible. Here is the link to the actual program --> Link

Thanks man! That is awesome will definitely be incorporating some of that!

I've seen some funny stuff at my gym lately
My favourite is people that use clips on the smith machine
My second favourite is people that wear belts for every single exercise, from bicep curls, to chest... :D Unless you're 80 years old I don't see a point

Clips on the smith machine?

My favourite is still the guy who did pull-ups on the lat pull down.

That really sucks. When last did you deadlift or squat?
