Here are two screenshots from my workout today. Tracked via Polar app and Polar HR monitor.
Took me 5min longer than my average time because of the heat and humidity.

Nice, I used to have a polar bluetooth band but might consider getting one again. I'd like to see my HR after the workout. I'd love to do BP during as well but that's not practical obviously. What app?

I actually use the app more for time keeping purposes and intensity control.
The HR monitor was actually bought for cardio sessions to stay within a certain range. Now I use it every time to check intensity. Try to make sure my HR stays within 80-90% of max while doing sets. And I go for the next set when it drops to around 70%.

Must of been - just got a email saying they were running a up to 40% special - wasn't sure how long though.
Hmmm...
Might be possible for a four years, seeing as she has a coach who trains her.
However, wont be surprised if they use some PEDs during the year's training.
