Finishing up with a 5month bulking phase at the end of this month. Even though I made great gains, I cannot wait to start cutting down again.

At this stage I am one those guys who look great with my shirt on. Not so much with it off.
That will change over the course of the next three months.
 
I must say, xtreme nutrition are awesome. Placed order @ 11 yesterday. Got it today at 8
 
If someone had told me before i started my new program that exercising biceps/triceps 2 days in a row would help with stubborn arms I would of laughed it off.

Now, its changed my whole way of thinking about my training, my arms are starting to pop, not sure how many sets I do, at the moment for biceps I do around 4 different exercises and around 3 for triceps, as many sets and supersets until I'm exhausted , heavy for day one and light for day 2 with high reps into the 30's, i don't keep track at all, just go all out on the day.

The pump on day 2 is addictive!

I'm really keen to try it on other body parts....

I think I will give this a try in a different way. I normally take a rest day as I'm loosely following the stronglifts programme. I could try hitting arms (high reps) on the rest days and see what happens. I don't focus on arms at all currently.
 
Anybody here use Sportsmax products before? Specifically their Whey and L-Glutamine.

I can get them at cost price but I don't really know the brand that well. All I know is that it is manufactured by the same people that do Linctagon C, which we swear by for colds and flu.

Other problem is that they only do 1Kg Whey and only Melon flavour.

If you are referring to the real deal non knock off Sportmax then we need to talk. I am highly interested
 
Sportsmax seems credible judging by their website, chromestore carrying it and their social media prescence but that is not the test. Have not used it before so I can't tell. Whats the cost price?

I prefer to support local companies like Nutritech, Biogen, SSN or Muscleworks. Not a fan of USN or Evox cause it does nothing for me.

International companies would have to be Optimum, JYM, Musclemeds, Muscletech, Isatori , Dymatize & MTS.

While we on supplementation, has anybody tried Plazma & Biotest?
 
Had my first ever drink of Whey Protein this week. Taste was okay. Could keep it down. On Sunday added some coconut milk. Think today I will add some instant coffee to take away the after taste.

Locally I only support BSSA

I can't get hold of that product and used it back in italy's days.

Lately the passed 2 or so years I completely switched over to BSSA
