So it's REALLY good?

For me it is, I mean honestly, I rely a lot more on my nutrition, the supplements are there purely to supplement my died should I require more protein that specific day.

So in my experience BSSA being "raw" unprocessed etc etc made a noticeable difference in my performance and the recovery phase compared to some "bigger (BS) brands" I have used.

( Note: when switching to a particular brand I tend to use them in a minimum of a 12 week period, to really "test" it with my particular needs etc. )

The above DOES NOT apply to pre-workouts.

Guys, honestly, WTF is the deal with okes dropping weights?!

Again, last night @ VA, these tiny boets are doing one arm dumbell rows. Dropping weights so hard, the 26 actually bent. :erm:

agreed, the only time this is acceptable is when you're deadlifting imo

I dont really care what other people are doing in the gym, but if you going to drop a dumbell almost from shoulder height next to me...

Well regarding dropping the weights.... I'm sorry for you guys, But when you dumbell press the 55 - 65Kg you can bet your behind I am dropping that boys down to the ground after rep 5-6.

There is one guy @ the VA I go to who loves throwing plates down - will take a plate off the bar in the squat rack (That he has been curling in...) and will just drop it onto the ground.

quite the difference between 26kg and 65kg ^^.

besides, dropping weight from bench press height ain't bad and usually understandable. what irks me is the retards throwing weights around cause they want attention and I wish the VA personnel would do something about it

Yes! There I agree if you drop the weight you better be pressing big boys and when you drop em you drop them in a controlled motion so to speak.

If I'm you I would walk straight up and challenge the individual about it

There is a better way to deal with it. Do some curls with 6kg dumbbells, then when done, moer them as hard on the floor as you possibly can while acting as if you had the hardest workout ever. I bet that will put a smile on a bunch of people's faces.

Or that ^

Correct. I will drop it and not risk injury trying to set them down gently from that position. People just don't understand that. And if a guy weighs 75kg, then 35-40kg is probably what 50-60 is to someone bigger and stronger, so same applies. It's not always for show.

I think we need to established a dropping is acceptable "within reason" criteria

It's all relative to the size of the weights dropped. If they're 40kg dumbells and he's just finished bi-curls, rather just put up with it :D
