I've got some good new and some bad news... good news is that I've resigned from my work and will be focussing on selling a software package that I've developed and work for myself. The bad news is that I will have to check my budget for a while so all those nice-to-have supplements will be no more meaning that I will have to maintain until my cashflow is stable.
Anyway, I am almost where I would like to be for the summer. Fat is a bastard to drop lol and I am currently using ECA stack. I will start jogging in the evening as I just can't get myself to do cardio in the gym with all those weights calling my name
