Well surely you must know?

Does it give you energy? Are you exercising or just hoping it will work on its own?
 
Im still debating whether the nomad labs is working for me....

Yeah, what do you mean by not working? Do you mean that you don't feel energy or don't you see the fat burning? People react differently to stimulants so you might not feel any extra energy. As for the weight... how long have you been taking the tabs?

Yeah I'm a classic non-responder. Caffeine if anything makes me sleepy...:D. Then on the other end of the spectrum I know people who get a buzz from coke:eek: lol.
 
lol, well been on a week, feeling no difference in the gym, yes I do work out yes I hit cardio and weights hard and yes my diet is pretty good. I have not physically had any increase in weight loss. so gonna finish the bottle and then see. To be honest the only thing I have noticed is I am feeling very tired during the day....

PS I'm not overweight I just have a layer of fat over my gut from all the MRP's and was hoping to speed up the process of losing it.
 
You need to get rid of the fat before you do heavy weights i think, at least that is what i am going to do.

Use lighter weights and do more reps as opposed to heavier ones for your tummy.

You need your body to start using the fat there from what i have read, it is so damn hard removing that last fat :(. I also bought the energym pro from glomail, best stomach thing i have ever used.

What are some of the best exercises to do for stomach?
I know crunches can be good, if you do them right. I have tried that medicine ball technique, where someone throws the thing at you on the decline bench and so forth. But it feel like I have reached a plateau, nothing seems to make my stomach muscles burn.
 
I hear what you saying about heavy weights, but I am doing average of between 8 to 10 reps per set, I try keep my HR around 160, so I am sure that is fine for burning calories.

I am losing weight, don't get me wrong but what I am trying to say is that the results I saw before i started the ECA and the results I am seeing while on ECA is no different so I am wondering whether my body is reacting to it. Please don't think i am dissing the stacks what I am trying to get at is I am not sure whether "ME" in particular is actually responding to the tabs. :)

The same with me, actually I enjoy having a cuppa before bed! My friend for instance took some Wired, he had 2 scoops and had red flushes in his face and had to sit down for a while so that he could recover from the jitters, my other friends also say they wont take more than two scoops... I've used it twice, 3 scoops both times and it felt the same as using CreaPump lol

Lay on a mat with a friend standing just above your head, bring your legs up (keeping them straight) so that your friend can get hold of them at your ankles. You friend now has to throw your feet back to the ground and you must stop them just before touching, rinse, repeat. If you don't feel enough resistance he his not throwing your legs back hard enough - it will give you both a workout :)

Hmmm, maybe increase the dose to 3 per day? What you can also try (if you see that the effect decreases) is to take the ECA for 2 days on and two days off to prevent receptor downgrade as they call it...
 
ok then I think Im gonna try 6:30, 10:30 and 14:30.

Will that be okay os is it a bad idea to take the tabs without eating, or after eating?
 
I feel my stomach burning if I take it without eating, so even an apple will work! I think I'm going to increase mine to 3 as well next week!

Yup me as well but the energym pro i must be honest is the best stomach machine ever, i always have a problem using bench type equipment because my back hurts but with the energym pro i have support on my back and WOW, it works really well.

1499.00 though but worth every cent in my opinion.

I got fat burners from biogen that burn as well but i just take a sip of milk and it goes away.

So when my stack arrives tomorrow, one or two a day? one or two at a time?

If you talking to me rapid not yet as i only bought it like 2 weeks ago and only been using it just over a week, before a 6 pack must get belly fat gone :D

Take one a day for the first day/two to assess your tolerance. Then you can increase to a max of 2 tabs daily. But see how it goes first, it may do nothing or knock you on your ass :D

EDIT: And yes, an ab machine will help you strengthen and build your abs, but it won't burn away the belly fat. It will however help you decrease your overall body-fat % which in turn will help your abs become more visible;) Similar but different. I bought myself one of THESE and Ive been very happy with it so far.It carries up to a maximum of 136Kgs so when they get easy you can add some weights on. Helps me get some exercise done when I just can't get to the gym, and it work pretty nicely for abs as well:D

No i know doing tummy exercises won't help with tummy fat but by doing stomach exercises you are still using energy so it cannot hurt :D.

Plus the trouble with a boep is half of it is your stomach muscles that have relaxed so you need to tighten them up as well as lose the fat :D.
 
I'm currently busy on a 8 week Cutting cycle. Still very new to the whole thing, as I have another 20Kg's to loose before I start Stacking/Bulking up. Been off sick for about a week now, and my Dr has advised I don't even set foot in the Gym till the flu is done...

Anyway, I'm looking for Food Ideas with Low Carbs and High Proteins...

Not eating Oats or anything like that - as Its more for stacking, and trying to loose the weight first, also no protein shakes...

I'm currently chomping 4 eggs (scrambled in the morning with a quarter tomato, and an apple in the morning... (if I gym in the morning, I'll have 2 banana's or 4)

Mid morning I'll have another apple - and 2 slices of Sasko Low-Gi full seed loaf with Peanut butter (Currently using Black cat crunchy - but the taste is revolting compaired to Yum Yum smooth... but went with Black cat as the Protein/Carbs works out better than the Yum Yum brand...)

Lunch I'll either have a chicken/Tuna salad with Lemon Juice as a sauce substitute (not too much of course) or Tuna Pasta - depending on if I had bread earlier or not...

Afternoon just an apple or two

Evening - Steamed Chicken & Vegs, or Fish and vegs

I've stopped all Fizzy drinks, drink about 2 glasses of water in the morning, and almost constantly throughout the day at work (perk of having a Nestle water dispenser in the office)

all in all I drink about 4 - 5 Liters give or take... - I drink atleast 1.5 - 2L water when I'm at gym!


Been tough as my other half is not following any form of Diet or eating plan - since I started a month ago he's gone back to Coke and all those kinda things... - difficult on me! But I'm sticking it out (cheat a little on the weekends - Grilled KFC, no skin, no bread, no sauce!)

I'm on the Juice once weekly and Orals every day before workout, plus Multi-Vites and other meds in the morning.
Gym Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Off Wed and Weekends. Also only spending 45minutes to an hour in the gym as i'm still a beginner, and doing about 10 - 15min cardio before I do weights...

Any advise will be great!

A few things to note.
Eggs-only have the whites and maybe one yellow. The white is the protein containing bit, the yellow contains most of the bits that you don't want.

And the 4 banana's...? You are cutting out many carbs and then stuffing a ton of it right back into you body...? As for no protein shakes. What is your body supposed to use to repair the torn tissue...? Im not saying buy a bulking protein shake, but a well placed whey protein shake after exercise won't kill you;)

As for tuna. Beware of having too much. There is mercury buildup in your system if you have too much of it. IIRC maximum was 3-4 cans a week for a 90kg male.

Lastly how long have you been training for now...? How long have you been on the new eating plan...?

What I don't quite understand(and please don't take it the wrong way)you mention that you are very inexperienced in training and yet you are already on juice...? What are you taking atm then..?

Being impatient with exercise is where I see the most people stuff it up as they rush things and are disappointed when the results don't come quick enough.
 
only been at it for about a month and a bit. I'm making changes to my diet as I learn and as I have time to do reading online. - but every bit of advise helps! - thanks for yours!!!

I'm on Tren E 1ml weekly inj, and Stan 50mg bd before workout. Since I've started, I've gained a bit of muscle which is noticeable on my sides and arms. Lost 7kgs thusfar, at 108/110 kg's atm.
