Why may i ask why you do not want to take protein shakes?

I am on 3-4 of them a day, whey protein with hardly any carbs. It's actually lekka when i feel like something lekka to eat like chips or chocolate i have a protein shake :D.

How tall are you lab because it sounds like you want to lose weight. Should you be on juice if you want to lose weight?

Tren e and stan 50mg are those for gaining muscle? Also i had a bad pimple problem as a kid so i am bit worried about juice in case it makes it come back.

Another question about my stack arriving today:

I will only get it at 10:00 or so, should i drop one right away or wit til about 3-4 to drop one?

Protein shakes makes your skin thicker so a lot of Pros will say they don't use it while cutting, but for the average joe is is 100% fine to take it. If he wants to cut the carbs out he can switch to whey. But then he shouldn't be eating bananas. While I was on my cutting diet I only ate chicken fillets (1Kg a day) and cucumber (100g per meal). Now that is a no-carb diet...

As for the stack, take one right away yes and then again at 14:00 (if it hits you hard and you take it too late you might have troubles sleeping... so rather be safe)

Got mine today. Had to ask in the post office and they had to go searching for it. So don't trust them to put a slip in your mailbox for you to collect:)

Stanazol/Winstrol (Stan/Winni as other calls it) 50mg is the average a user should take - its major effects is mainly weightloss and it firms up muscle, not muscle gain. Very little side effects and considered the safest steroid on the market!

Trenbolone Enanthate (1ml=100mg) (Tren E - Long lasting compared to Tren A) much the same at the dosage I'm using - but There are people who use it for gaining muscle. - Only thing is, It has some side effects (of which the only one I've noticed is a small rash around the first injection site that looks like a damn Superman logo! LOL)

I'm doing this purely to loose weight right now - gaining extra muscle and mass will follow much later when I'm ready.

I'm 1.75m tall, I'm weighing 108/110 Kg's atm (was 116/120 a month or so ago!) Need to get to 90kg's and then I'll be happier! Average weight should be around 80/85!

Right now, I feel rather demotivated not because I don't see improvement or such, more because I've been off sick and day to day has been a little hectic the last 2 weeks - and not been able to get to gym - but sticking to and modifying my diet as I learn. I do not intend to give up (which is bloody tempting atm!) Just need to get my my act together and get back at it!

I appreciate all the advise I can get - you can never learn enough!


p.p.s. someone mentioned you can get decent whey from clover? Can anybody approach them or is this easily available?

Dude giving up is no use man, i got into a rut and i went from 68 half decent body to 86 and over weight, i left it for very long and i wish i had not because OMF it is a mission to lose weight.

Yea get yourself an orbitrek or something for those cannot get to gym days :D. Eventually you will find reasons why you cannot go to gym like work, being sick, tired and then it's over.

How long have you actually been training for Labanimal....?(ie. how many months/years).

Im not a fan of Juice but I do understand the temptation:) Are you taking any liver protection ingredients...?

Ideal body-weight is a somewhat controversial issue I believe. I'm about 1.73 and I weigh in at about 100kg atm. I will be happy if i can get to about 90kgs again as thats a pretty good weight for me. I will never be around 75kgs as I would have to lose a lot of muscle mass for that:D

EDIT: And I started with the ECA stack today. I didn't get any palpatations etc at all but I had a LOT of extra energy during gym. It was niiice:D

Yea, I just have to shake this last bit of flu, and i'm heading back. Just need to get my head str8... No kidding when people say you need lots of Motivation! And Reading and learning is no joke! - Lots you have to learn if you know jack about what you're doing!

Dude that stanzazol seems awesome, been reading about it now. Are you injecting or swallowing it?

How much did this set you back :D, i am not a fan of this sort of thing either but at 28 i do not have 5 years to push it so yea this would be insane actually :D.

Got the pricing, not bad at all. 50 caps would last how long? Dude you are using this shyte, get to the damn gym :D.

don't expect much from stan! its to help loose weight and firm the muscle you have! I'm on the tabs atm!. you get the 10mg tabs - you need to pop 5 of those a day and drink lots of water. I used to space those out 1 tab in the morning, 2 or 3 at workout, and the last one after workout. Now, I'm poping a 50mg tab before workout only on training days. will set you back around R400 - R600 - depending where you get it from. The tren E cost me R900 for 10ml's - Injection once a week is a pain... quite literally! - Tren was the best I could find for me - and it also depends on your body and your goal! - So I would suggest you do lots of reading before jumping into it! Side effects : Enlarged prostate, nuts shrink, baldness, and if you have a underlying skin condition, it can agrivate it - but these are all temporary, when you stop your course, it will mostly go away! (exept for the baldness) Both Tren and Stan don't convert to estrogen - so you're safe there (IE - your breasts won't grow)...

I just want to get to my target weight, and learn my way around the Gym before I'll start getting more serious with it all...
 
Well my goal for the moment is burn off my belly fat, from there maybe build up a bit :D.

Yea the acne could be a major problem for me i guess and i cannot go through that again.

Zenbaas - about a month and a bit... as for liver suppliments - none atm. Was advised to use Milk Thistle once I finish my 8 week course.

Uhmmm, you've been on the cycle for a month or you've only started training a month ago(ie. this is your first time that you are really training.?)

Yes normally the milk thistle is what most guys use. But please, just remember guys using juice love to underplay the sides associated with most of it. :)

Yea, Beginning November, I started on the the Stan from day one at the gym as advised by a gym friend, the Tren followed 2 odd weeks later!

I would not call someone who does that a "friend". *sigh* . I've been training for just over a decade now and I can honestly say that roids should only really be used when you have been training for a while and your body is really at a good fit and healthy stage. Using it at a stage where you are inexperienced and weak tends to negate the "good" that they do. That said, I suppose "cutting juice" is a grey area:)

I would advise you go to forums like AnabolicSteroids.co.za for better and more thought out info on your future cycles. The guys are generally very helpful.

Actually I agree about your "Friend" comment. But at the end of the day, I have paid for the stuff, and have had a dash of results from it. I do intend to finish what I have and then leave it and get ontop of it all before I dabble again!

It sucks going to gym alone doing everything by yourself with little or no help! Socalled "Friend" offers to help, but is hardly ever around or too self absorbed in his own importants and looks, - so Yea, I guess you understand my frustration! - But I suppose everybody starts somewhere!
