I just do not like looking like a total tool :o so I thought a personal trainer once a week will help. ( for 4 weeks) just so I can get the feel of the 'boys' side of the gym :o

Which VA you going to? I have a friend that goes to VA at Wembley Square (Cape Town) who uses a personal trainer.
 
How much whey protein do you guys consume on average a month to supplement your diets?
 
I just started a keto diet (feeling kark right now - and I couldn't do 3 reps of what I did 10 last week :( )... so supplementing quite a bit...

I toss 150g of whey, 5 whole eggs and 4 egg whites in a blender...then make pancakes... which I smear with 4.5tbsp of peanut butter... its not as nice as it may sound.

The diet is for a 90kg man - I'm 100kg - so under-eating as well (want to drop to 90kg before picking up cleanly)

Before that, I had 32g in my pre shake and 32g in my post shake. (each shake was made differently, e.g. post had dextrose)

So that would be around 1,25kg a month.
 
I hear BSSA is having issues with stock?

I bought a bit a while back but will be running low soon. :(

Well what exercises do you want to do in the 'boys' section?

If you want to workout your tummy extra hard,do what I do after my normal workout. Plank-hold 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds and repeat. 2) mountain climber on bench do for 30 seconds and rest then do it again. 3) side plank and well you know the 30 second thing now :D
 
Not bad, I still have around 3kgs of whey from bssa, you think I should just place an order with bssa whey?
I can afford to wait a month or 2.

I'm hoping they'll be sorted in that time :p

I ordered from supplementworld yesterday because I'm out of whey this week :( And my BSSA order is still outstanding from the 24th of May. So now I have R2400 supplements on the way :(

If you do order, I'd suggest not paying by credit card, as apparently thats the cause of the delay.
 
This might sound retarded but do you get high protein/low carb cereals? Kinda getting annoyed making eggs for breakfast every morning .

Sadly not.. :(
Try eating a avo instead. But yeah. Not much unless you substitute it with a protein shake.
