Yay... although expect to pick up a few kg...and drink water

I do not mind the Kg's if they are muscle and not wobblez.

Thanx.Still Learning about this supplement thing. I thought it was a money making thing... the way I feel the last couple of weeks after training is just not on. I understand the need for supliments.

Because of my irregular heart beat things like phedra cut makes me feel worse, I'm very carefull of what I take.

Oh supplements is definitely a money making scheme regardless of how you look at it, but then again...

Personally, Creatine never worked for me. In fact, I didn't even gain weight with it, regardless of how I ate.

Nowadays, if I am on a cycle of gaining weight, I will still eat my Oats in the morning, but with a protein shake at the same time. Same with my 2nd breakfast, I supplement it again with a protein shake. I never take the shake without eating.

6 meals a day, however my 2 breakfasts didn't contain as much protein, so just added shakes to them.

If u are going to take phedra cut then take the stimulant free one. Sister knew I started working out again and she bought me phedra cut ( I was like facepalm). Started taking it so she doesn't feel bad.

even to much coffee makes me feel bad. Something in even the stimulant free one makes me feel wonkey :(

:( I can have five cups of coffee with 3 spoons of coffee each :D

I doubt those phedra cut things even work much anyway.

Look at shoprite,I think you get big packs of them and they cheap

Must be Omega-3 though... so I don't die of a heart attack :(

I mean 9eggs a day x 31 = 279 eggs a month :) Doing serious damage to Nando's and KFC :p

'In a recent scientific review of dozens of studies,Wake forest university researchers found no connection between egg consumption and heart disease. And more and more research suggests the nutrients in egg yolk are beneficial to your health.'

That's from the mens health book I have though not sure about 9 a day lol.

I can have 5 a day(2 for breakfast and three post workout).

Even 9 a day won't be bad for you. Being in the gym on a regular basis, means we are generally speaking much more healthy, and as such that many eggs aint bad for you at all. You get all the benefits and none of the disadvantages of eating that many eggs. Now on the other hand if you sit and do buggerall every day in and out, and then eat that many eggs...

9 eggs at 6g protein each at one go that's say 50g+ protein, how much can the body absorb at once?

I don't think there is a limit, at least that is what I remember from reading. Its not the same as carbs where you burn a certain amount and then it start converting into fat.

However take it with a pinch of salt, from my mouth, its called bro-science, unlike real science from research studies :P

Your food doesn't get absorbed at once.

I'm sure it doesn't stick around for long either.
From research if you eating a 120g of beef is the same as eating a 300g of beef, you get the same boost according to dietitians as your body depending on overall size can only absorb 20 - 30g protein in one sitting.

In Jan I weighed 92 kg. didn't matter how much cardio I did Since Sept I couldn't lose weight. So i stopped going to gym, ate less but felt weak. Now I am starting again weighing 82kg but I am afraid I will put on weight again. My water intake increases when gymming causing me to put on extra weight.

Any ideas. I mainly drink lots more liquids. Juices to get extra energy and make sure I eat before I go gym but I don't want to increase my mid section. I check out the body builders and the have big pot bellies although they have big chests make them look good with a shirt on but in reality they do have bellies not six packs.
