So is that a serious question or are you joking, I actually can't tell :P

http://www.ironmaglabs.com/product-list/super-dmz-rx/
Super-DMZ Rx™ incorporates a combination of two synergistic compounds that target multiple receptor sites resulting in dry gains, harder/leaner muscle, and increased vascularity from one workout to the next. Super-DMZ Rx™ will increase lean muscle mass and strength at a level that is comparable to popular anabolic steroids such as Dianabol and Anadrol, the only difference is it's 100% legal!.
In short, its a prohormone making heavily use of Dymethazine.

Dead serious :p

Don't know much about those supplements :)

Thanks - just got home so have proper internet.

Heh, is it working at least?

I am a firm believer in something that you can make a lifestyle. Sounds like you are more punishing yourself than anything else.

25kg down... 6 to go... six months and counting :( Just want it over so I can start gaining strength again.

For the people who think crunches are the way to get abs, 'It,takes 250,000 crunches to burn 1 pound of fat-that's 100 hundred crunches a day for 7 years.'

Its true, you need to burn the fat, before you worry too much about building ab muscles, which is hidden behind layers fat.

Speaking off, had an interesting comment on my daily food intake. People think I am starving myself to death by only eating carbs in my first breakfast. I however found that I am still growing muscle, are not too tired either, but at the same time I am also losing fat at a slow pace. This kinda works for me, wasn't the plan, but I am happy with it.

Had a test done last week, current body-fat is 11%.
just the lower abs I'm struggling with, all little changes helped me to get where I am , a big one was switching out white carbs for brown.
Also cut down on Beer, more veggies like broccoli and greens at suppertime.
More lean meats, no more fatty steak at braai time :(

Replaced my supps with decent food, like chicken breasts, tuna and Greek yogurt.

Well in the mens health book I got it says you don't need carbs or even a lot. They say you could have a bowl of cereal like you or two slices of brown bread and that's it. Something about carbs spikes insulin levels or something and unless you are working out for 90 minutes you don't need energy drinks.

Do a keto diet for a month, should knock the 11% right down.

Before December I'll start cutting for beach time!

Going to start doing more cardio as well, currently spend too little, only 10min on punching bag in my garage.
Also cut down on my Dead-lift weight from 180kg to 120kg and just do more reps, i'm after the burn these days.

yesterdays chest routine killed me.

started on incline with barbell - 4 sets
decline - 4 sets

pec dec and pushups doubled up until I reach 100 pushups.

Had the bright idea after I had finished everything and saw I had 5min left in routine time to try 1 set of Incline barbell bench with around 60Kg, got to 3 and my arms collapsed, just gave way, I had to rest the barbell on my chest and roll it off my stomach....silly move.

Hahah I know that one all too well. Nowadays if I have time left and feel like rambo, I rather do bodyweight exercises, like pull-ups, chin-ups ect.

Still trying to manage a single muscle-up, currently almost get to the point where my triceps can kick in, but just just not high enough yet. Will just keep on trying every week until I manage a single muscle-up.

Apparently a supplement used for erectile dysfunction or for fat loss.

Unfortunately, fat loss is not one one of my fields of expertise, so can't say I have or ever will use that.
