Indeed, if USN products could give you a heart attack you wouldn't buy it over the counter at your local pharmacy.

Fuma,
I also never liked the Deadlift, in fact I was thinking of ways to avoid it, BUT then I started pushing it hard, and the benefits...are just amazing. I believe the Deadlift, is the single best exercise you can do, improve all your other lifts. Trust me, once DL goes up, everything else just follow. Squats goes up easier, Barbell Rows (or Pendlay Rows as I do them) goes up, and when Rows go up, Bench goes up, and lastly, even your Overhead Press will go up. I don't know how it works, but that is what happened to me. I did everything hard but DL, and I then started struggling on all of them, so I was like what the heck, lets do DL, and boom all of a sudden everything else started going up again.

Just saying...don't skip a lift because you are afraid of it. When you are afraid of a lift, I believe that lift will give you the biggest boost. With that, don't go do something stupid and test a DL of 100kg outright, you know, work it up like you would with any other lift, in a safe manner. I believe doing it safe, so you won't break your back.

Anyways, required exercises in my book are: Squats and Deadlifts, and Overhead Press (and I still suck at OHP).

They might get away with it as they have warning labels, like Phedra Cut, that stuff is nasty, everyone I know who has taken it says their heart starts to pound.

I have tried a few supplements over the months now, (the okes at the office talk and share it)
jack 3d, USN lava sticks and the latest SPS vitargo trigger

But they all make me feel funny, and my skin ichy.
So i prefer to tick to only USN Creatine Transport

Does any one else experience this?

Your preworkout drink is substandard, beta-alanine buffers muscle fatigue, and the tingling sensation that you feel is a common sign of substandard beta alanine. Try purus labs condense, or nutrex hemorage both have beta alanine dont make you tingle.

Check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/does-your-pre-workout-supplement-suck.html for some more info...

Tingling is not caused by 'sub standard' beta alanine. It is a side effect of proper beta alanine, but not everyone gets tingles.

I was a bit confused by the posted article, it contradicts itself on the subject... Itchy lips ok, tingling not? :erm:

the old formulation was dangerous the new ones cant do much harm

Well all I know is if I drink any of those pre-workout supplements, my skin itches and feels tingly.
With the lava stick, I could feel the hair on my head stand up.
So I tend to stick with the USN Creatine Transport.

Also I need to ask about creatine, can you use it 5 days a week without stopping or should you use it in intervals
e.g. 6 weeks creatine, 6 weeks without ?

RiaX will most probably the best to ask on this topic, but imo as long as you drinking plenty of water, you can use 5g a day everyday non stop.

Provided you have no underlying kidney or liver problems, 3-5g creatine everyday year long is ok. The body normally synthesizes about 1 gram of creatine per day with an additional 1 gram coming in from the diet red meat rich in it. But cycle 6 weeks if you want since muscular stores of creatine remain partially elevated for at least 6 weeks following loading.

Wanna start eating right, but getting some cravings in the late afternoons.

what can one use to stop cravings... ??

Yup so did Deadlifts yesterday, and today the DOMS are again in Upper legs, fore-arms and upperback, just below the traps. I expected the legs, because I did squats, deadlifts and then a bunch of leg exercises. I am hoping I am not doing something wrong, but I think the upper-back can be explained by me probably pulling my shoulders back whilst doing the deadlift. It doesn't bother me at least, just strange, lower-back again, no DOMS at all after Deadlifts, not even from the Squats, so at least that is good.

I wish I could get more cravings for food, I still force myself to eat a lot so am never hungry.

chromium picolate, but best thing is proper diet. 7/8 small meals according to your dietary requirements and goals. I try and eat every 2 and half hours eating properly. Depending on your lifestyle carbs in the morning and around your workout eliminates junk cravings... and most importantly eat to train dont train to eat!

Thanks, This sounds solid :D

Higher weights + low reps v/s Low weights + high reps. Which one is better for bulking?
Been reading SL5x5 and other bodybuilding sites and not sure what the correct one is.
