You know...all this science on creatine...and yet I didn't find it work that well, if at all for me....![]()
In retain about 2kg of extra water on 5g a day.
I never do a load phase, just 5g daily continuous, which apparently doesn't work as well as loading and cycling on off 6weeks 2weeks.
Meh, I feel it helps with recovery though. Along with the mandatory glutamine of course.
