Probably the most annoying misrepresentation by the remainers. If everyone just gets over the politics and butthurt they can very much negotiate meaningful trade deals with the EU and be part of the single market in that way.

Just go and look at the actual margin of error claimed by the actual stats, then I gaurentee you in uncertain times that margin of error for polls increases.

Something they effectively already had as part of the EU. Britain and it's elected representatives in the EU not only had significant influence over decisions made by the EU, but they typically had the power to get exemption from decisions with which they disagreed.

Significant influence doesn't eqaul sovereignty.

Attention span of people? It is very hard for some people to multitask, one thing at a time.
 
It is pretty much their own fault that they will end up effectively subject to EU rules without any influence over those rules. They had a huge amount of influence from within the EU. They don't however have the clout needed for the hard exit that the leave side wanted. They could of course have opted to take the blow, but who is going to support that when they can't even make the hard changes needed to improve the economy.

And yes, from within the EU they were still self-governing. The rhetoric about being under the unelected power of the EU was nonsense. It's not the EU's fault if people fail to vote for their MEPs, that MEPs don't even bother to attend or if the UK's government makes poor choices on who to send to represent the country.

The UK can certainly negotiate separate trade deals to replace the EU ones currently in place, but that will take time. And they can even negotiate one with the EU, but that deal will come with terms that effectively mean they're subject the same rules as they were within the EU. Time will tell if they end up being better, the same or worse off than they were within the EU. If they change their mind later and want to re-enter you can be sure the terms will not be unusually favourable ones the UK currently enjoys.

Nice touch of irony that he throws in some libertarian literature that he clearly doesn't understand in there though.

Yes, obviously NarrowMindFtw understands farming and it's economics in the UK far better than a 'lefty' farmer who actually farms in the UK. Duh!
