I predict we will crash out with no deal, with general election to follow shortly after. Both Tories and Labour will do poorly, with Labour eventually forming a coalition government with the Lib Dems. Or maybe a coalition of smaller parties, such as the Green Party and Change UK.
The UK will be in recession for the next year after Brexit, maybe longer.
With which countries? Eritrea and Zimbabwe? And with what leverage? Standing alone they have almost no negotiating power.
England was "the only great country whose intellectuals are ashamed of their own nationality. [2.] In Left wing circles it is always felt there is something slightly disgraceful in being an Englishman."

That was aimed at leaving in such a way that it gave business and finance enough time to formally transition in a ordered way. It would have been of benefit to both the UK and the EU to do so, so I don't see that as being heavily in favour of the EU."Subject to EU regulation until 2020 and to be extended for another 2 years after"? The 5th biggest economy has no negotiating power + huge amounts of 'soft power' through the power of the English language. Ok, keep telling yourself that.. Kind of cute how all the Remoaners in this thread are all brainwashed into what is referred to in Britain as "managed decline" - very fashionable in left-wing intellectual circles in the UK. Orwell had a very good quote about such traitorous bastards.
Who took thay 5th spot, India?Newsflash, the UK isn't the 5th biggest economy anymore. Not only are they in a weaker position than US, China, Japan, but they're now also weaker than any country inside the EU as well. All the other countries combined are insignificant compared to those and can never make up for the worse trading terms they'll get.
They are definitely in the top 3 on average nett contributions. So yes...

They oddly enough aren't actually, they seem to be number 4 on average. So they are not the biggest contributor, even by your "top 3" metric.

I suggest you go review your figures.
From what I can recall they where in the top 3 on nett. I can be wrong though.

want to nit pick more? I actually think only bigger nett contributor is Germany again I stand to be corrected. There is more to it than the money they pay, it's about what they get in return. So maybe go look at those figures againA moment ago it was #1! Now it’s top 3. You really don’t know, do you.
I have reviewed my figures, they are 4th in terms of gross contributions, gross contributions including TOR (traditional own resources) and 9th in terms of % contribution of GNI
Lol, dude check your facts before posting.
Anyway, bring on those cheap holidays I say!
Shame

Lol when facts are inconvenient to your feelings, people are "nitpicking".
Not at all, go and lead my posts prior to his little nit picking attempt
