Whenever Westminster decides to as is literally the law.
You're lucky you're allowed to at all.

Lucky?

I don’t think it’s quite sunk in with you that Scotland is an actual bone fide country who can and will decide wtf they want to do and when.

We literally had 3 pages of arguing about how this isn't true lol.
It literally is not true in any lawful manner whatsoever.

You literally cannot legally vote right now and leave. Doing so would literally mean the invasion of Scotland by the UK.

Good luck with that.

Literally literally literally literally.

I need a new word.

Then literally every country on Earth right now is a dictatorship.
We live in a dictatorship then.

Following UK law is a dictatorship.

Nonsense. It’s a political agreement and like the one just broken with the EU, it can be changed if the people decide to do so.

And we're back at step 1 of not understand wtf we're talking about.
Not a chance am I starting this argument again.

Call me when you leave the UK.
I have a feeling I'm going to be waiting a fek long time.

No you don’t. You just need to stop mentioning a bit of legislation like it is binding for eternity.

Again. Democracy means something. Even to the lying Tories.

lol did you just say to me that the law means nothing.
OK anyways, moving on from this ridiculous argument.

Even to the lying Tories.
Meanwhile Sturgeon blocking an investigation into herself. How very.... @Cray Dictatorial?

What you are failing to understand as a neutral observer is the feels versus reals you keep going on about.

Now I’ve said a few times that I don’t agree with the direction this referendum will s takng, but the will of the people is exactly that. And whether I agree with the cause or not, I believe in democracy and will always stand on the side the majority.

There's a cool Nazi reference I can bring up for this. :sneaky:
Maybe don't always stand with the majority. Doesn't always end well.

Haha. Seriously? Yet you are defending the law because it’s the law.

How about I bring up some cool apartheid legislation?

I'm defending the law because it's what you feckers agreed to in 1998.
Have Section 30 changed then. Good luck.

I don't remember people agreeing to apartheid laws

The hill of....Scotland having no right to leave the UK on its own accord?
Pretty important hill init like, bruv.

Help me understand. You are saying you would deny the citizens of a country the right to self determination because a bit of legislation decided on over 300 years ago cannot ever be changed?

Dude, you know you agreed in 1998 that you needed Westminster's permission to leave...right?
Before that you had no right to leave whatsoever.

On that topic. No. It shouldn't be changed since it was a permanent, at the time, union of Scotland and England to become the UK.
Thus why I say you're lucky you even have Section 30.

I don’t remember Scottish people agreeing to join a political union with England. What’s your point? The law is the law, no?
