I usually get my ISO from 3D printing shops, such as this one:

IPA 99.7% (Isopropyl Alcohol), 1 Litre

IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), 1 Litre Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is 99.7% alcohol and is used for cleaning of printing surfaces and resin prints and other general items.

Sorry to say, it's impossible to determine the genetic make up by just looking.
