The Cannabis Thread

Isn't it somewhat futile when at the end we're all receiving items to our real address with our real names. All PGP is gonna do it obscure the paper trail somewhat.

Sure, but it will also protect communications in case he becomes compromised.
Plan for the worst-case scenario.
Make it more difficult for them to find you, and they will go after someone else.

You'll find the details on your invoice from him.

I asked because there is nothing on the CIPC database that I can see when looking for Bobby Greenhash Pty Ltd.

No need to get so defensive.

Was an honest question with an unclear answer.

Edit: My Bad. Apologies. Found it. Correct name is BG foundation PTY LTD.
His AR it out of date for 2019, though. Someone should tell him.

Very brave of him; and kudos to him. I just hope he isn't the next Myrtle Clarke and Julian Stobbs.

- People using these online dispensaries are putting themselves at significant risk of being arrested
- Therefore, people using these dispensaries should be very careful

According to your scaremongering its happening on a huge scale yet I have not heard of a single example of it happening, please post some examples of people that have in the last 12 months been arrested as a result of using online dispensaries?

Nowhere have I said that arrests from using an online dispensary are happening on a huge scale.
Where did I say this? Please don't put words in my mouth.

What I have said, and stand by, is that cannabis-related arrests are still unashamedly happening on a huge scale, despite the ConCourt ruling from 3.5 years ago.
One doesn't need to look past the first page of a Google search to confirm this.

Now, ask yourself, why are people still being arrested?
It is because cannabis remains an illegal drug, in spite of what some seem to believe.

So, following on from this, would it then not be logical to assume that buying cannabis online, from a dispensary, whether for medical or recreational purposes (with the line being drawn in the individual consumer' mind), is also illegal? And if it is illegal, there is obviously some risk associated with making the purchase online and doing an EFT into another person's bank account. Surely?

If you think I'm being illogical, sincerely, please explain to me why, because I cannot see how a person could logically disagree with this.

It is the same principle as having a cocaine, methamphetamine or heroin dispensary online. All of those drugs are classified according to the same Schedule as cannabis and have the same punishments and penalties. Even though they are all infinitely more dangerous and habituating drugs than cannabis - our drug laws are not based on science, rather emotion, politics and capitulating to the United Nations' (various) Conventions on Psychotropic Substances.

To make it clear, I am not saying this is right, correct or just. Rather, it is wrong, incorrect and unjust.

But it is the reality that we sadly still face in this country.

To presume it to be safe because there have been no published stories of successful prosecutions is - in my opinion - foolhardy and dangerous. Just an opinion at this stage, but an informed opinion based on my knowledge of how the Drugs and Drugs Trafficking Act has been enforced since 1992. Bearing in mind the number of dispensaries popping up, it is only a matter of time before a low-hanging fruit gets plucked. And that is you or me. Charging monies for franchises (ala CannaPax) could very well be considered a crime under POCA, and is even riskier. Never mind their kak doob.

And that is why my message to everyone reading this, as it has been from a few pages back, is: please be very careful because you do not want to be the example. I am so relieved that there is no one who has encountered the law in this fashion yet and hope that it never comes to pass. But to assume it is 100% safe is inviting trouble.

I hope that clarifies some things?

Well, you're one of the people who seems to think it's legal so, frankly, you'd do well to read it.
Shouldn't take you longer than all of 30 seconds.
Doubt you'll be bothered. Hope you don't get plucked.

I recently tried dr greenfinger. The stuff was average. Any recommendations on which strains to try from them? I tried cheese, sour diesel and white cheese and something else that the preceding 2 strains, removed from my memory.

So far the best weed I have had was from cannabis cowboy (who hasnt replied to my mails recently) and daggalivery

Skipping past the lectures on the preceding pages.... I got so excited seeing so many forum pages to read, thought some new strain was discovered

@biometric the dynavap is fantastic. How can such a small amount of weed have such a good effect. I am still learning, at the moment I am still spilling stash from the dynastash. I guess I will be more dexterous with practice

Fact is you have to pay top dollar for nice weed. Too much for me. So I haven't been impressed with the average product I've tried from six stores

Oops I meant @mister. Biometric and mister have similar Profile pics and I always mistake the 2

I am willing to pay, thats my level of addiction

I've tried those several times and were left disappointed

Home grown is the way to go.
The cannabis cowboy OG kush got me so stoned tho. Hope he comes back. So what are u smoking now and from where

I suggest you start your own thread.

No. You are completely wrong.

I quote from the ConCourt judgement:

"Dealing in cannabis is a serious problem in this country and the prohibition of dealing in cannabis is a justifiable limitation of the right to privacy. I will, therefore, not confirm that part of the order of the High Court because we have no intention of decriminalising dealing in cannabis."

I would suggest you familiarise yourself FULLY with the ConCourt Judgement.
tldr isn't going to get you out of jail when the handcuffs come out.
I don't believe for a second you have read past the summary judgement on BTL.

You think it's legal? I DARE you to sit outside a police station, light up a joint, and try to tell them "I'm smoking in private, there's nothing you can do."

And you think they aren't watching and listening?
Someone said earlier they doubt the police will wade through 15x pages of this thread. They will do that, and a lot more. Do you seriously think every single policeman is a moron in this country? They are not.

Anyways, good luck to you.

I'm out of this thread. Can't handle the hostility and closed-mindedness, when I am actually in agreement with 90% of what is written here. EXCEPT this nonsense that cannabis is "legal". Extract your head from your bottom orifice, because it's lodged beyond the point of common sense.

I truly hope you don't get arrested.
Even if you do, please get a lawyer because you are tragically misinformed.
