Please accept our sincerest apologies for the lack of communication and the shutting down of our websites and emails over the last few weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have been forced to maintain a low profile and this has necessitated the lack of contact we have had with our valued clients. While some of our clients are aware of the situation, many have been left in the dark, and for this, we again apologise. Please be assured that we have worked around the clock to rectify this situation and that we have stopped at nothing to ensure that our clients will once again have access to the highest quality products in no time. We will keep you, our valued client, updated on our progress and promise to deliver the best quality products that you have become accustomed to, soon.
We should be able to fulfil all orders outstanding unless you would prefer a refund in the interim. Thank for your support and being so patient.
Having to avoid the unwanted attention while we work around the clock to set up again, has been nothing short of taxing - as we pride ourselves in our exceptional quality, the sophisticated equipment we use in the manufacturing process and the sterile conditions under which we manufacture, reestablishing has not been able to happen overnight.
MCDSA will be "switching on" today and throughout this week, with our FB pages and websites going back up in due course.
For those who have sent messages of encouragement and support, we thank you sincerely and assure you that you will be getting the same quality and impeccable service that you have become accustomed to over the past few years. We will stop at nothing to be able to help those who need it the most, and will continue to do so indefinitely!
