Show me a cheaper available option than locker to door or vice versa.
When the system is fixed, it just works
Use RAM as a back up @ R99.

This was over the new year. For my business, I need a turnaround time of max 2 days to complete delivery. Advantage I have with PUDO/TCG/RAM, they are prompt, mostly delivered by next day @ economy rate.

You can trust the TCG devs to fk it up!!It seems fine but that message is ominous considering it’s Pudo, the last time they fkd things up some people got really burnt.
I've been thinking that same thing it's profoundly stupid that they don't have that implemented yet. If it’s a busy locker you might have to try 4 or 5 times till a locker becomes available. Just let us pre-pay for the locker and once it’s available send a notification. It would be great if PUDO allows for notifications on when a certain locker is available. Rather than me logging in and checking every 12 hours![]()
Did you forget what time of the year it is?Pudo stuffed me, the sender, around for a couple of weeks with a "no space at locker " message. After awhile they offered to deliver which was not convenient for the receiver as he was a hotel guest, but accepted. But how can there not be a locker available for weeks in Sea Point, Cape Town? After 48 hours or so, if you don't collect your parcel it's removed from the locker.
Was around mid 2024. Not a busy time like Christmas, if I understand what you're implying.Did you forget what time of the year it is?
Ah okay. Crazy season would have made sense. Around mid 2024 all the issues started if I remember correctly. Was around mid 2024. Not a busy time like Christmas, if I understand what you're implying.
It's hard to beat the price and convenience of Puddo, I've never had any lost parcels
Some people don't have time to sit around all day hoping and praying that the Courier will pitch up, being able to drop something off is a huge convenience. I don't know why they make kiosk delivery more expensive, I would've thought that they would prefer that because the kiosks have much more storage space than lockers1. Looking at the Pedo site, I see they charge the same rates for kiosk to door than what I get door to door
2. How is it more convenient to get dressed get in your car and drive for kilometers at a possible additional cost of fuel, you lose time and money, whereas there is an option to only stop even take one footstep forward and be seated and hand the parcel to "the courier guy"?
3. You have never had any lost parcels? You set the bar quiet high I see
This reminds me of the Absa ATM not too long ago:Wonder if this is the reason Pudo suxView attachment 1786023

Weird thing is I had full access to everything on the PC. Had paint open, wrote them a letter in it., Then didn't save it. And played around to see what's possible, and it had full admin permission. So closed that error message, and tried starting the pudo client from the desktop, that didn't work. But was able to start it from the main menu, but it crashed to a whitescreen
Hope they can get their ducks in a row, because if done right, it is a really nice system. Wonder sometimes why companies like this do not invest in getting a proper system and software designed. By now they should have the capital?Weird thing is I had full access to everything on the PC. Had paint open, wrote them a letter in it., Then didn't save it.
