I quite like Jwarha. Interesting beer.

One of my favorites. Has a nice character to it, pleasant upfront alcohol flavor.

That looks more like my IPA glass than a stout glass. But yes, that's what they go for- I bought a set of 4 Spiegelau beer glasses for R400.

I'd have it occasionally, won't be my first choice. But was pretty decent.

Stellies Hoenderhok Bock, great taste. We had a beer tasting on Thursday and I was given this. The stout and the bock were my favourites. Bruce was going to try to find outlets in Jhb.

Pilsner is a type of lager, so it's like seeing rump on the menu and the plates say steak...

How long is the brewing process for a batch of beer that size?

Also; are you using gas or electricity?

Did the whole brew in 6 hours. Using steam with a paraffin fueled boiler.
