In the "world", all but 2 are American... I highly highly doubt the top 25 beers in the world are all from the states, in fact I doubt in a true world Top 25 that any American beer would make it.

I believe it's because most people won't be able to find let alone afford what should be rated as the best beers in the world. It also looks as if Beeradvocate has a strong US pull.

Anyone venture to the Montecasino Bierfest? I particularly enjoyed their cream ale this year, if you go with the right group of people (and a sizeable budget ) it's a decent gig.

It is indeed, to the best of my knowledge the 4 main beers there are all produced by Fransen street.
