Pleasant surprise, heard a rumor about the local bottle store in the Champagne Valley, stocking craft. Popped in this morning and found stuff I've never seen before

2 Stickman down

The Forem4n IPA is pretty good, nice green hoppiness

The Kuhl Man Vienna Lager is somewhat different, SO took a sip and said she liked it, I found it quite dark for a lager, more reminiscent of an ale

Haven't seen those Bardwells before.

I'm heading off to Liquor City now then making pizzas!

@ OMB

Those look interesting. Isn't that the jungle oats logo :D

LOL, actually might be heading down to Notties tomorrow, so might try it on tap before opening the can, it's interesting to see that they've gone into canning now and have started expanding their range, I've always enjoyed their Pickled Pig and Whistling Weasel

Where they based?

Can one use a food thermometer when homebrewing - need to test for 76 C when heating water, and then 22 C after boil -
all brew shops are closed - would this work?

Yes, it would work fine. One of the most popular thermometers for home brewing is the thermopen which is the fancy pants instant read cooking thermometer. There is a home brewing thread...
