I have had this with quite a couple of Chinesium boxes. Basically, as I understand it, it is due to the fact the hardware they use is not 100% licenced and then duplicates float around. I am not sure if I remember correctly, but it could be something like your WiFi chip not being unique...

How to fix? Beyond me... You could try and ask mo123 on the freaktab forum. He is very knowledgeable,...

Thanks guys, i PM'd Gearbest and he said it can take up 14-17 days to get here. I need the device now.
 
I ordered a Tanix TX3 mini from Gearbest on the 6 October, still waiting for it to leave SAPO customs in JHB since 19 October :erm:
