I see on the News24 map that there is still no results for the Bloemfontein area. Maybe also first busy throwing some ballots out before the final count.....

It takes time to rig an election when you have a large amount of voters.

Yes, and remember that if you are in line after 9pm they have to let you vote, so those places could only start counting later with more votes to count. Also, it wouldn't surprise me is some observers aren't demanding a double check of the count before sending in results.

EFF actually did surpringly well in the anc strong holds, better than DA... not bad for a party that's been around for a very short time
