just sent them a email to let them know how pissed off I am .... bloody hell!!! ....
they must get their damn programming right .... the other day I missed the portugal and germany match because their site did not have a match listed for that day :(
 
^it didn't show so u missed nothing(at least not what u would have in anyway, i'm thinking that might have been 1 of the games of the tourn. missed it myself.)
 
well i already had a strong feeling that they would not show this game , as it looks like a tv rights issue , ie the sabc are only allocated a certain amount of games.As you've noticed during the group stages they only showed the evening games , while the late afternoon game was'nt shown.Now they've only showed 2 of the 4 quarter finals , and most likely will only show the 1 semi-final and the final.
 
Congrats to Spain. Didn't see the game, but heard that Cesc got the winner. You go boy! :)

say wat u want bout united....we sell the best...but we still remain the best...not like arsenal for example...sell henry n fall apart, any player would be lucky to part of united at the moment...best club in the world at the moment

There may be a case to take them to ASA. Their EURO2008 promotion, which is internal advertising, says "Showing all the goals", clearly not possible if they don't show all the games.

Normally if you have 4 groups A-D, and you take 2 teams from each group into quarters it works as follows:
Winner A vs 2nd B; Winner B vs 2nd A; Winner C vs 2nd D etc...
So far so good for Euro '08.

BUT when going to Semi finals you should go to the opposite side of the draw. Thus the winners of the AB quarters should be playing the CD winners, not each other. The way that UEFA has set up this tournament, there is the potential for teams from the same group to play each other twice before the final. That's just wrong. e.g If Spain wins tonight, they'll play Russia again in the semis.

Well done to spain. Totally outplayed us last night. Donadoni had no clue how to cope when pirlo is out. We created virtually no chances.
