One of my favorites is Allesverloren Tinta Barocca.

Many years ago (90's) I was given a case of Nederburg Auction wines. It was 12 bottles of Nederburg Paarl Cabernet, 1974 to 1980.
I was also given by a director of then Stellenbosch farmers Wineries, 3 bottles of Monis collectors Port, 1 was 1964 & 2 were 1965 - the most incredible stuff I have had in my entire life.
I have had Nederburg Edelkeur (dessert wine) & Moet & Chandon Petit Liquorelle (dessert champagne) a few times - both were good.

I found some woman's purse last year and managed to track her down, she gave me a bottle of red wine as a thank you gift, it was a red called Cafe Culture which i rather enjoyed.

This wine is so yuuummmyyyy!!! Discovered it while on holiday in Vredendal. It is not widely available though....Namaqua Wines basically only sell it in the region via "Die Keldery" - this being their "wine estate" with a lovely showroom and restaurant blah blah. Emailed them and they said they can send me a case if I pay via EFT.

Oh my gosh...I was @ Fryer's Cove in Doornbaai in April. That is where I discovered the Spencer Bay wine. They have a place for you to sit and taste wine (well...ons het meer gesuip as getaste). It is located in a kind of dock on the beach so you can walk out into the ocean etc. They use the sea water to cool the wine or something like that. I have a picture...will see if I can find it.

Ok...some pics of the wine region of Namaqualand. :D

This was taken where they keep the wine barrels @ "Die Keldery" - Namaqua Wines estate in Vredendal:

This is Fryers Cove in Doornbaai...the wine mentioned in duelmeister's post - at least I think it is the same one...unless there is another on in the country :-). We got there and asked for a small glass of pinotage for us to taste....we walked out of there pissed like you cannot believe from drinking red in the hot West Coast sun. And yes...I took mybroadband with me :D:D

This is just the jetty or whatchamacallit going into the ocean that you can walk on.

And then this is just a nice view of the little bay from Fryers Cove. It was a good day :D
